Ruth Chatwin

Ruth takes a client-centred and strength-based approach in working to support people through challenges impacting on their mental and emotional well-being.  These range from adjustment to stressful situations and life events; anxiety and depression; grief and loss; trauma (including complex/attachment traumas) and PTSD. She welcomes working with Personality Disorders and is a trained facilitator of DBT and ACT.

Adopting an open, curious and enquiring style, Ruth seeks to create a safe space in which to understand each person’s unique experience and foster lasting therapeutic change. She draws from a range of psychological theories and techniques to fit with clients’ needs. This includes ‘re-training the brain’ as a neuro-psychotherapist to assist with reducing client distress so they can lead a more fulfilling life.

Podiatrist

Lesh is a passionate professional who specialises in podiatry rehab and sports injuries. He’ll assess, diagnose and manage foot and lower limb injuries for professional, amateur and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities.

Lesh can help with:

  • General foot care

  • Ingrown nails

  • Skin pathologies

  • Diabetic foot and its complications

  • Neurovascular assessments and management plans

  • Foot mobilisation and manipulation therapy

  • Dry needling

  • Prolotheraphy

  • The technical side of footwear and its impact

Lesh studied Podiatry at Auckland University of Technology. His sporting specialism has since taken him to assist in the Central Coast International Sevens tournament in 2015. In his own sporting career, he’s competed in the men’s Victorian State League 1 Championships in water polo. 

Dietitian

Melinda Braithwaite

Melinda enjoys being able to inspire, motivate and support families to navigate their fertility and pregnancy journey and better manage or overcome the nutritional issues in which they face with their children.

As a paediatric and prenatal dietitian Melinda has a strong interest in gut health in particular irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerance’s, food allergies and coeliac disease. She is also experienced in child feeding, in particular picky eating and sensory related feeding difficulties.

Melinda’s qualifications include:

· Master of Science (Dietetics)

· Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine)

· Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics

· Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding Program

· Monash University Accredited Low FODMAP Dietitian

· Nutrition Therapy for Fertility and Pregnancy
