Ruth Chatwin

Ruth takes a client-centred and strength-based approach in working to support people through challenges impacting on their mental and emotional well-being.  These range from adjustment to stressful situations and life events; anxiety and depression; grief and loss; trauma (including complex/attachment traumas) and PTSD. She welcomes working with Personality Disorders and is a trained facilitator of DBT and ACT.

Adopting an open, curious and enquiring style, Ruth seeks to create a safe space in which to understand each person’s unique experience and foster lasting therapeutic change. She draws from a range of psychological theories and techniques to fit with clients’ needs. This includes ‘re-training the brain’ as a neuro-psychotherapist to assist with reducing client distress so they can lead a more fulfilling life.

  • Acute and clinical assessment

  • Couples and family therapy, including being a child-inclusive practitioner for family dispute resolution or mediation.


Lesh Govender

Lesh is a passionate professional who specialises in podiatry rehab and sports injuries. He’ll assess, diagnose and manage foot and lower limb injuries for professional, amateur and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities.

Lesh can help with:

  • General foot care

  • Ingrown nails

  • Skin pathologies

  • Diabetic foot and its complications

  • Neurovascular assessments and management plans

  • Foot mobilisation and manipulation therapy

  • Dry needling

  • Prolotheraphy

  • The technical side of footwear and its impact

Lesh studied Podiatry at Auckland University of Technology. His sporting specialism has since taken him to assist in the Central Coast International Sevens tournament in 2015. In his own sporting career, he’s competed in the men’s Victorian State League 1 Championships in water polo. 


Melinda Braithwaite

Melinda empowers people to feel the best they can through a healthy, sustainable approach to eating. She’s particularly interested in:

  • Paediatric nutrition. Melinda undertook further training with the Royal Children’s Hospital Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics and the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding Program.

  • IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), having completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

  • Food allergies and intolerances

  • Coeliac disease

  • Diabetes. Melinda’s taken the Diabetes Victoria Carbohydrate Counting Workshop.

  • Cardiovascular health

Melinda is an Accredited Practising Dietician with a Master of Science in Dietetics. She’s also a registered personal trainer.
